Exchanges and Returns
All orders can be returned and exchanged at our store in Amsterdam, come by and we will be happy to help you try on a different size or take your online order.
How should I return the product?
You return your order with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in original condition and packaging. We therefore recommend that you always carefully open the shipping box and original gasket, so that you can use it again to return the order.
Register your return. Enter your details to create a return label.
Place the item(s) you would like to return and this return form, back in the box you received them in or any other solid carton box. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.
Don't forget to remove the old shipping label!
Take it to your preferred drop off point within 5 workdays or wait for your pick up.
As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 14 working days a refund to the relevant bank or credit card company. Or a customized invoice.
Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days, provided the items are:
- Undamaged, clean, and unworn.
- Contain all original tags and, if possible, are in their original packaging.
Note: Items that can no longer be sold as new will not be accepted for return. Once registered, it may take up to a week for us to receive and process your return. We will send a confirmation and refund the amount to your bank or credit card (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
Return Options
- Home pickup or drop-off at a service point: Via our return portal, you can choose between home pickup or drop-off at a DHL, UPS, or DPD point.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, which helps us keep prices low without hidden fees. Alternatively, you can visit our store in Amsterdam for advice or exchanges at no extra cost.
Sustainability and Customer Service
We aim to reduce returns to lower CO2 emissions. By shopping mindfully, you help us make a positive environmental impact.
Return Conditions
To accept a return, the items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 60 days.
- Unworn and undamaged.
- Include tags, original packaging, and any included gifts.
If a product does not meet these conditions, the return cannot be accepted. You can collect the item at our store or have it shipped back to you for a fee.
