Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

• Netherlands: Delivered the next day
• International orders: Depends on courier and destination country

Shipping Options

• Within the Netherlands: €4.95 shipping cost; free shipping on orders over €25.
• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping from €75 to Belgium and Luxembourg, with other thresholds for different European and international regions. Check your cart for precise shipping costs.

Import Duties
Ordering from outside the EU? Please note that VAT is not included in your purchase. Local import duties and taxes may apply, payable upon delivery. These charges depend on your country’s regulations and are separate from our shipping fees.

Same-Day Delivery in Amsterdam
For orders in Amsterdam placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we offer same-day delivery for €4.95. Free for orders over €25 in selected postal areas (if your postal code is not covered, the package will be shipped via regular mail).
