Returns & Exchanges

Easy returns, simple exchanges

All orders can be returned or exchanged at our store in Amsterdam. Drop by and we’ll be happy to help you find a different size or process your online return in person.

Start a return

How should I return my product?

Please return your order with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We recommend opening the shipping box and original packaging carefully so you can reuse them for your return.

Return in 4 simple steps

Register

Register your return in the portal and choose your preferred option, return, exchange, or store credit. Then follow the steps shown in the portal.

Pack

Place the item(s) back in the original box or another sturdy carton. Seal the box properly with enough tape, and make sure to remove the old shipping label.

Send it

Bring your parcel to your chosen drop-off point within 5 working days, or wait for your scheduled pickup.

Refund or exchange

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days via your original payment method.

Store Credit & Exchanges, free returns for NL & BE

When returning an item, you can choose either Store Credit or an Exchange for a different size or product.

Free return label, NL & BE only

  • Customers in the Netherlands and Belgium who choose Store Credit or an Exchange receive a free return label.
  • For customers outside these countries, Store Credit and Exchanges are still available, but return shipping costs apply.

How Store Credit works

  • Once your return has been processed and approved, you’ll receive a digital gift card by email for the value of your return.
  • The gift card can be redeemed at checkout without logging in and can also be shared with friends or family.
  • Store Credit does not expire and works like any other payment method on our website.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, provided the items are:

  • Undamaged, clean, and unworn.
  • Complete with original tags and, if possible, original packaging.

Items that can no longer be sold as new will not be accepted. After registration, it may take up to a week for us to receive and process your return. Once approved, we’ll refund the amount to your bank or credit card. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

In-store purchases

Return conditions for in-store purchases differ from online orders.

  • Items bought in-store can be exchanged within 14 days.
  • Refunds are not provided for in-store purchases.

Return options

  • Home pickup or drop-off at a service point: via our return portal, you can choose between home pickup or drop-off at a DHL, UPS, or DPD point.
  • Return costs: return shipping costs are your responsibility, which helps us keep prices low without hidden fees. You can also visit our store in Amsterdam for advice or exchanges at no extra cost.

Return conditions

  • Returned within 30 days.
  • Unworn and undamaged.
  • Includes tags, original packaging, and any included gifts.

If a product does not meet these conditions, the return cannot be accepted. You can collect the item at our store or have it shipped back to you for a fee.
